In the dashboard having observed a flipping behavior while planning makes the planning an unachievable task. So, keeping in mind we have tried to make the changes reversible and restartable at required places. Like, if anyone wants to plan according to activities after selecting a place. The options are given in the activities section to select itinerary and plan before and after. So, basically, the plan can be customized and made according to the user.

Keeping in our mind the dashboard of not to lose the vibes of traveling with too much data we made it more of a very organized picture book with everything being showcased with photos and galleries interactive as well as informative.

Organized & Tabular Editable Itinerary View

The idea was to design itineraries that were easily readable and understandable by users and easy to plan by the vendors and businesses. And also the itineraries were to be customizable with AdvCare options. So, all the activities and options were broken down into small components so that itineraries and plans can be constructed with the small activity and options components.

There is big market of stays business. Most of the user are used to some certain services and experience. And, it was challenge to embed the experience of information and options in products in our dashboard experience.

Most basic and necessary information is covered in cards. More information is directed in gallery with a better showcase with photos.
Designing the pop-up Information Collectors
Couldn't leave options for everything at front. So, designed pop-ups for the information which helps in planning facilitation. Asking information everytime any time-stamp or void component is interacted with.

As every activity and reaching to certain place takes some time in commotion and during activity so every component is linked with a time stamp. Helps to plan only that can be experienced. So, the pop-up above opens everytime a day is started planning.

Tracking The Planning & Status Update
It was observed that users can't deal and mange all the planning in mind and it would be easy if we give them real time updates about how's the billing and planning going.

User should not be confused at the final billing step. So, to make it sorted and understandable we designed it continuing with the a mix of planner view.
